  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, avocado, carrot, and imitation crab meat.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

This salad can be made ahead of time. Combine all ingredients except avocado a few hours before serving to allow flavors to meld. Add avocado just before serving to keep it fresh.
