Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon Flaked
  • 1/4 cup red onion Chopped
  • 1 stalk celery Chopped

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt As preferred
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, flake the cooked salmon.
  • Add chopped red onion and celery.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Combine the dressing with the salmon mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Serve chilled, either as a salad or in a low-carb sandwich.

Notes

This salad is a great meal prep option and keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days. Feel free to substitute ingredients based on what you have on hand.
